Short Form (transaction Supplement)

Concept of Short Form (transaction Supplement) in the context of derivatives contract, by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA): A confirmation that supplements an MCA and incorporates by reference the terms of such MCA. The MCA and Transaction Supplement removes the need for non-economic terms to be defined on a transaction by transaction basis.
