Concept of Made Available to Trade in Futures Trading

In this context of financial law, the following is a definition of Made Available to Trade: Swaps trades that are subject to the clearing mandate, and that have been “Made Available to Trade” by a DCM or SEF must be executed on a DCM or SEF.
