Kyc Documentation
Concept of Kyc Documentation in the context of derivatives contract, by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA): The documentation required to be produced by a trading counterparty to ensure that “Know Your Client” or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements are adequately fulfilled. In order to comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements a firm will typically have to obtain and review the counterparty’s constitutional documents, evidence of due incorporation and good standing, financial statements, details of significant shareholders and proof of identity of the directors.
