Early Closure
Concept of Early Closure in the context of derivatives contract, by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA): The closure, on any exchange business day, of the exchange (or if an index transaction, the exchange(s) in respect of 20 percent or more of the securities comprising the index) or related exchange prior to its scheduled closing time – unless one hour’s notice is given of the early closure.
