Concept of Broker Association in Futures Trading
In this context of financial law, the following is a definition of Broker Association: Two or more persons with exchange trading privileges who (a) share responsibility for executing customer orders; (b) have access to each other’s unfilled customer orders as a result of common employment or other types of relationships; or (c) share profits or losses associated with their brokerage or trading activity.
